The Space
Between Sessions.
A private reflection practice for the moments therapy can’t reach.
ALCHM is a private writing space that holds what you write and returns it to you later.
Not to score it.
Not to improve it.
Not to turn reflection into something you maintain.
Just a quieter way to come back to what mattered.
A place that holds what you write.
What ALCHM is
A space that holds.
Therapy ended.
Life didn't.
The breakthrough happened at 2 PM. The difficult conversation happened at 8. The realization arrived three days later. Somewhere between the session and the rest of your life, important things happen. ALCHM was built for that space.
How it works
1. Write
Begin anywhere. There's nothing to complete and nothing expected of you.
2. Leave it
There is nothing to process, track, or complete.
3. Return
At a later point, what you wrote comes back, unchanged, but seen differently.
Khepera is not an assistant.
It does not guide you or fix you.
It reflects what is already there in your writing—what you already said, what was already true.
Each response is a witness. Nothing more.
Khepera
Most mental health tools focus on the session.
We focus on what happens after.
The commute home.
The sleepless night.
The recurring pattern.
The insight you forgot to mention.
The question that won't leave you alone.
50 minutes isn't the whole week.
Not therapy.
Not diagnosis.
Just reflection that dignifies.
We're not trying to replace therapists.
We're not trying to automate healing.
We're building a private place to continue the conversation with yourself.
Your words belong to you.
No streaks.
No tracking.
No pressure.
Your words are yours.
They are not used to train AI.
They are not shared or sold.
Trust / Privacy
A place for reflection that feels private.
Beautiful.
Trustworthy.
Human.
Built by the misunderstood.
For the misunderstood.
Therapy is the first hour.
This is the second.
The Space Between Sessions
ALCHM is a space for reflection. It is not a replacement for professional care or crisis support.
